Including the ones that make us look worse in the short term.
What does a done-for-you cold outreach agency actually do?
It runs your entire outbound motion for you: defining the target list, building and verifying the data, setting up the sending infrastructure, writing the sequences, launching the campaigns, and handling replies. You supply the offer and take the meetings; everything between those two points is handled.
How long before we see booked meetings?
Expect two to three weeks before the first send, because sending domains have to be warmed properly. Pushing a cold domain hard is the fastest way to land in spam permanently. First replies typically arrive within the first two weeks of sending, and there is usually enough data to judge a campaign after four to six weeks.
Will cold outreach hurt our main domain reputation?
Not if it is set up correctly. We never send from your primary domain. Campaigns run from separate, dedicated domains that are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and warmed gradually, so your main domain and its deliverability are entirely insulated from outbound volume.
Is cold email legal?
Cold email to business contacts is legal in most jurisdictions when it follows the applicable rules: CAN-SPAM in the US, GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, CASL in Canada. In practice that means accurate sender identification, a genuine and working opt-out, no misleading subject lines, and a defensible basis for contacting that person. Requirements differ by market, so confirm your specific situation with your own legal counsel.
What do you need from us to start?
A clear description of your offer, who your best existing customers are, and access to book time on the calendar that replies should route to. We handle everything else: data, domains, tooling and copy.
What makes a cold email actually get a reply?
Relevance far more than cleverness. The highest-performing messages are short, name a specific and recognisable problem the recipient has, make one concrete ask, and are obviously written for that person rather than mail-merged at them. Volume without relevance mostly generates unsubscribes and spam complaints.
